Services

From concept through production release

Progressive die design

Complete progressive tools for metal stamping, designed so a toolroom can build them and a press shop can run them.

Strip layouts

Strip development from first concept to finished tool design, including scrap, pitch, and station sequence.

100% detailed components

Component detail including EDM layouts. Plan and section views included on every design package.

Bills of material

BOM listed by tool section, with purchased items called out separately for buying and kitting.

Checking fixtures

Fixtures designed around QC needs so parts can be checked the way the print actually requires.

Low-volume tooling

Tooling sized to annual demand instead of high-volume assumptions that never pay back.

Adjustability

Tools designed with real adjustment so the shop can tune, not scrap and recut.

Special machines

Engineering for one-off and low-volume equipment when a catalog machine is the wrong answer.

Product design consulting

DFM help on cost and manufacturability before the part is locked and the tool is already expensive.

Follow-up

Support from concept through tryout and production release. The job is not done at the plotter.

Software & file exchange

Primary work in SolidWorks with Logopress for strip and die work. AutoCAD and Inventor available. Incoming STEP, IGES, SAT and related CAD translations.

Do not list old version numbers on the public site. Buyers care that you can take their file and release a buildable tool.
